Can just recommend for a weekend pause

Cozy room, friendly staff. the breakfast options were great, especially the porridge and fry up, and the easy parking made it convenient to explore the city.

The Burlington in Sandown caught my eye with its nice appearance both outside and inside the reception area. The lovely reception lady was welcoming, even though she was new on the job. The location is a big plus, just a few minutes' walk to the seaside and pier. My Standard Triple Room had space for my family, but the bathroom felt outdated. My kids enjoyed the space, although the faulty console in the family room was disappointing. I noticed too much noise from the occupants above, which disturbed our sleep. the door handle felt flimsy and insecure. After two rough nights, we checked out early, and no one was around to take our keys back. a mixed experience, but I appreciated the clean areas and convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay, loved the cozy family room and the delicious breakfast options. The entertainment was great for relaxing after a busy day!

The rooms were neat and had a cozy vibe. The pool was relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. I loved chilling by the garden area, which was a great escape, but the shower pressure could’ve been better. it was a pleasant stay. I’d recommend checking it out for a fun getaway! 🏖️

Lovely stay with a spacious, clean room. The location's fab for exploring the island. Easy parking at the door was a delight! The nearby pub served up live music and tasty food, perfect for our night out!

The shower pressure was about as exciting as watching paint dry. the tiny bath area? I felt like I was doing some sort of acrobatic routine just to reach the loo!

Decor felt dated. looked like it hadn't seen an upgrade in a while. Shower water pressure was weak, making it frustrating to use. The bathroom mirror showed significant rust, which didn’t exactly match the idea of a comfortable stay. Available plug sockets were lacking, with only a few extension leads in sight, leading to a bit of struggle when charging devices. While I noticed some debris under the bed, which suggests lack of thorough cleaning, I opted to skip the provided towels—they felt rough instead of soft. The door lock was worrisome, feeling loose and difficult to operate, raising questions about security. Breakfast didn’t hit the mark either, with cold hash browns and cheap-quality sausages, leaving me feeling like I overpaid for what I got.
